Just thought I would through a little note in.  Collin has gained 15 lbs so far on his mission.  This coming from a kid who couldn't gain weight by eating all day and lifting.   I guess the food in England is pretty good.  He said his favorite dish is Eat-in-Mess.  It is basically fruit and sugar and he says it is amazing!
